For leaders of recurring information sessions
Know who’s coming.
Know who’s here.
See registrations, invited guests, and check-ins together for each event. Know who’s expected, who has arrived, and what needs your attention—so you can spend more time with people.
Know what’s happening with
Before, during, and after
A clear picture of
every event.
Open an event to see its registrations and attendance. Go from a count to the people behind it, with guest names, inviters, and check-in status close at hand.
Before the event
See who has registered, how much room is left, and which guests are expected. Prepare weekly or special events and share the registration page.
While it’s happening
Follow check-ins as your door team scans admissions. See who is still expected and, when connected, who is on Zoom.
After the room clears
Review attendance and any items that need attention, then finalize the event. Return to past events when you need to look someone up or plan the next session.
Made for leaders
The details you need.
At the moment you need them.
Keep the everyday work together: preparing an event, welcoming guests, checking people in, and staying informed.
Registrations
See who’s coming.
See attendee names, ticket types, in-person or Zoom choices, and remaining capacity. Attendees register without creating an account and receive private links to their registration.
Guests
Know who invited them.
Attendees can register guests from their private guest page. Leaders see each guest alongside their inviter and attendance status, so your team knows whom to welcome and connect.

Door check-in
Welcome people. Keep the line moving.
Staff scan admission QR codes with a phone or look people up by name. Check-ins update the event’s attendance, duplicate scans are flagged, and staff can undo a mistaken check-in.
Personal alerts
Stay informed between visits.
Choose guest-arrival alerts, event reminders, and notices when registration delivery or connected services need attention. Receive a daily email digest, or enable immediate device notifications on supported devices.
Event planning & history
Keep the next event in view.
Generate weekly drafts, create special events, and review details before publishing. Afterward, review attendance, resolve closeout items, and keep a finalized record in Past events.
Optional Zoom attendance
Include the people joining online.
Connect Zoom to create meetings for published events and send private joining links. See matched attendees online alongside door arrivals, with unmatched participants flagged for review.
Year-end financial summaries
Help your people prepare for year end.
Leaders can review recorded receipts, refunds, fees, and net proceeds. IBOs can get their own purchase summary with a private email link—no account needed. Both include monthly totals, supporting transactions, CSV downloads, and a printable view.
In-person event records include dates, venue addresses as provided by the organizer, and electronic check-in records to help people prepare their own mileage records. Free events are included.
Once live payments are approved, each paid registration adds to these records. The earlier you start recording paid events here, the more of the year your people will have in one place.
Leaders: open Payments for your organization’s summary. Financial summaries cover live transactions recorded here and support recordkeeping; they do not determine tax deductions.

Common questions
Start with confidence.
Can we use it for in-person events only?
Yes. An organization can run in-person-only events, Zoom-only events, or offer both choices together.
Do attendees need a separate sign-in?
No. Attendees register for the event and receive secure links for their registration. Staff sign in only when a Leader invites them to help operate the information session.
Do we need Zoom or Stripe before trying it?
No. Create an in-person event with free registration, invite your team, and rehearse check-in without connecting either service.
Does every staff member get full access?
No. Staff is the basic membership. Each person receives only the individual permissions they need for events, door check-in, Zoom, finances, refunds, alerts, or staff management.
Can we take live payments yet?
Live payments are not yet enabled during pre-launch testing. Paid sales require approval for both the platform and your organization, plus a ready Stripe connection. Free registrations can be used to try the event workflow.
